Thanks to the support of OBrien Real Estate Frankston office and the OBrien Foundation, MSFIN has secured some grant funding that will allow us to purchase a new washing machine, dryer and external clothesline.
This new equipment will be incredibly helpful for our volunteers who sometimes find a quick wash and dry is needed for some donated items before they are able to be forwarded to support agencies for distribution.
MSFIN received an endorsement from OBrien Real Estate Frankston for their application to the OBrien Foundation.
“After we were approached for endorsement, I researched MSFIN and discovered it was exactly the kind of organisation our company wanted to direct our support towards,” explained Marinella Milne from OBrien Real Estate Frankston.
“Unfulfilled needs in families and children cause them to fall behind, making it easier for children to give up hope. It is heartbreaking to think of a child without hope. We were given the opportunity to make a small gesture to rekindle hope and hopefully change a life..it is our pleasure to be involved”.
Since its inception, the OBrien Foundation has supported over 20 different groups of people and organisations, physically and financially with over $250,000, directly and indirectly donated. This has made such a positive impact on so many local communities and touched lives.
